WARRANTY

Both products purchased in-store and those delivered to customers can be returned for a refund within 90 days of the purchase date. For online customers requesting a refund, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

If the item is defective, we will replace the same item within one year of the original purchase date.

If you no longer need items that have not been opened (after 90 days but less than 1 year), please return them to the address below. After inspecting the condition of the items, we will issue an Inksell gift card.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any remanufactured or compatible product purchased from Inksell.com is covered from the date of purchase for one year. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace the product or issue a full refund–your choice. Simply contact one of our friendly customer service representatives and we will make it right. Product concerns must be dealt with within one year from the date of purchase. Shipping costs for refunded items are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a packing error.

Incorrectly Ordered Products and Lost Packages.

All items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double check your printer model and part numbers when ordering & before opening. Any incomplete orders, lost packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported to our returns department within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.

Restocking Fee

All “Stock Items” (ie, goods which are kept in stock in large quantities by the Supplier and are not ordered in on a job by job basis) that are not defective in design or manufacture, as determined by the Supplier acting reasonably, and are returned by the Purchaser shall incur a restocking fee of 15% of the total tax invoice price for those Stock Items.
