this order was a backup...I have used this company for my printer ink for 15 yrs plus.. I only had a problem once with a cartridge and Inksell replaced it with another . I have told many of my friends about INKSELL.. A great company, D Harrison

I always get great service and prompt delivery. Unfortunately this time the Magenta cartridge I received did not work at all. Nothing I did would make any ink come out. I ran nozzle check 6 times, cleaned the print heads 5 times and no magenta ink. It ran the other 3 cartridges down below half to do the cleaning that many times. I ended up finding another magenta elsewhere to get my printing done.
